Laser Therapy
Healing at the speed of light
In combination with regular chiropractic visits, low level laser therapy can provide patients with a safe, effective and painless therapy that sparks the body’s own natural healing systems to relieve pain, increase joint mobility and tissue integrity, and promote cell regulation.
The Theralase® therapeutic laser treatment works by supplying energy to the body in the form of billions of photons of light. The body absorbs this laser light on a cellular level and transforms it into chemical energy, which it then uses to repair tissue.
There is no burning and the laser is not strong enough to damage cells – so even if the lasers were used for 24 hours a day, they still would not be able to harm you.
Useful in the treatment of back pain, neck pain, arthritis, joint pain, sprains and carpal tunnel syndrome, laser therapy decreases inflammation and pain while increasing tissue regeneration and healing.
